Here at Apex coaching, we aim to make training as accessible as possible. No matter the budget, experience or gym capabilities, there is something for everyone.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Whether you need that extra boost of motivation or confidence on the gym floor, PT sessions can benefit you in many different ways, no matter what level of knowledge or experience you have!

  • During our 1 hour sessions, we will cover the fundamentals of good training practices and form in order to help reach your goals and maximise progression. With motivational support, each session will encourage you to push to your limits, inspiring you to release your full training potential. 

  • Alongside any block booking, you will also receive all the benefits of online coaching, including access to your own online portal with a bespoke training and nutrition plan. This extra guidance aims to advance your knowledge of why we do what we do, and your understanding of how core principles work together in achieving your goals. 

  • Personal training sessions are sold in monthly blocks. They typically include 8 sessions (2 x per week) or 12 (3 x per week).

ONLINE COACHING

If you have high levels of training experience but have recently come to a stand still with progression, online coaching could be exactly what you need to start seeing those results.

A personalised training programme tailored to your goals will be provided along with nutritional guidance to help maximise results, all available on your own online portal.

To ensure you are getting the most out of your coaching, weekly check ins will commence for accountability, making updates to the plan when needed.
